Our refund and cancellation terms

This refund policy applies to all products and services offered by Date with Confidence, operated by shopmate GmbH.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@resultkit.io with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund per product
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

4. After the Refund Period

Requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds, account credits, or alternative solutions depending on the circumstances.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period (unless within the 30-day guarantee)

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
